Sleepy Day

I'm a fresh graduate Dentist..since last month, i worked at one of dental clinic in my neighborhood. Four days a week in morning shift. The patient that come in the morning not as many as in the evening. Sometimes no one came, like today :( . Luckily, i brought my camera so that i could practice my skills..
